Who we are

Who Are We?

Delegate Support Services Pty Ltd was founded in August 2020, by husband and wife team Rohan & Lana Hagate. Rohan lost his sight in 2018 so knows the needs of a person with a disability and how hard it is to find reliable help. Although Rohan is very independent, Lana is his carer. Lana knows what’s entailed in the role of a carer so we feel that Delegate Support Services Pty Ltd can come from a genuine place of empathy for all of our participants and their representatives. We treat you like a human (not a number in our system).

Our focus is our relationship with YOU (the participant) which means that our service is different to any other Provider in the sector. You can count on us to make it easier for you to get the most out of your NDIS funding.

We Envision

We envision your life a little more care free knowing your NDIS Plan is being managed by our knowledgeable and experienced staff. We will assist you to get the most out of your NDIS Budget. We work just as closely with your providers as we do you! We can do as little or as much for you as you need. You will always have CHOICE & CONTROL over who provides you supports, we will never make you feel like you are stuck with a provider.

We Represent

We represent people of all walks of life, abilities and capabilities. We represent and advocate for people who need help managing their NDIS Plan and ensure you have time for the more important things in life or reaching those other goals in your NDIS Plan.

We are different because we have lived through adversity and faced a life changing disability head on! We can empathise with people who too are faced with their own obstacles! We are different because we are different.
