Support Coordination (COS)

We make it easy for you to reach out to your Support Coordinator by phone, SMS, or email, and we pride ourselves on responding quickly to your queries and requests for changes to your supports. Our fast and efficient service means you can count on minimal disruptions to your services when you choose us to coordinate your supports.

Our goal is to help you make the most of your NDIS budget, and we work closely with both you and your providers to achieve this. We can provide as much or as little support as you need, and we’re always happy to educate you on the range of services available in your budget. When it’s time for your plan review, we’ll be fully prepared to ensure you get the best possible outcome.

We believe in giving you the freedom to choose your own providers and we’ll never pressure you into sticking with a provider you’re not happy with. If you feel your current provider isn’t meeting your needs, we’re here to help you make the right choice for you.

To maintain a high standard of service, we limit our support coordinators’ caseloads. We’re committed to setting a new industry standard for support coordination and we’re dedicated to making positive changes from the inside out.
